About the Project
In this session, I try to explore how to elevate a simple dish with Styling tricks.
First trick is to play with colours to have a dimension in a very bland meal such as porridge.
Then we have a topping of cooked caramelized apple that we added in an “s” form to add some interest into the subject.
Complementing with some textures like the slices of apples, crunchy and toasted almonds and finally, the fresh mint leaves could elevate a dish like this.
