After picking some strawberries in the beerenberg farm up into adelaide hill i have to develop a recipe, and what I immediately thought was a strawberry pie.

in our family we are huge advocate about strawberries and specially in summer you want a fresh dessert and what better than a tart. 

this time to make it pop i play with muted colour props to make the pie the star of the show.
