About the Project
This BBQ session was created with a piece of meat called Hanger Steak, that normally ypu won’t find in any regular steak house.Â
Is a piece of meat for connoisseurs that is extremely flavourful and juicy. The only thing is that you have to clean it very well from all the tendons before cooking, otherwise it will turn hard.Â
